Who we are
We are three veterans of the Aerospace industy. Together we have over forty years of experience in engine development under our belt supporting several different new product introduction programs like TP400, BR725, Pearl 15 and Pearl 700.
Our services consists of:
Project Management with a Key Accountant directly interfacing with the engineering department
Sourcing of development hardware including Make to Print parts, but also standard testing hardware such as sensors, cables etc
Supply Chain Development including the support creating a Commodity Strategy
Organizing DFX Sessions with the suppliers and the engineers
Ensuring on time delivery and if necessary concession support

A wide range of experience regarding NPI especially sourcing development and fast make parts.
A network of development suppliers plus special process providers plus sources for standard hardware (bolts, nuts, but also sensors etc.) in the region. So if you are facing difficulties with your suppliers overseas, don’t hesitate to contact us.
